Our process
- We review your deal against active buyer demand
- If it matches a buyer buy box, we tag and route it immediately
- Hot deals may be pushed to our network for dispo
- You will be contacted if a buyer is interested
Typical review time: 24–48 hours. Only deals with clear structure and realistic pricing are reviewed. We prioritize clean, realistic, and assignable deals — if it's not ready for a buyer, it won't be routed.
